Hyatt Place Marlborough / Apex Center

My 10 years old hotel review is in the one of the pictures. We had a great comfortable stay. Breakfast was amazing, served hot as always. Shout out to Jennifer who helped me during the breakfast hour. Just a small advice regarding the breakfast menu: a little coordination between front office and staff required. We saw many kids were in the hotel on the New Year’s morning perhaps some hash browns or tatters would be appealing to little one. Love swimming pool hours 8am to 10 pm. All in all a comfort stay, and minor complaints were immediately addressed like the shaky faucet, and the broken outlet. FYI for other travellers: there is a microwave in the kitchen area to warm up your food.

The girl by the name of Cat at the front desk is amazing! Kind, attentive, & resourceful! Recommend here simply because of her wonderful personality & customer service!

The cleaning staff keeps this place immaculate, the fitness center is actually decent, location is great for business and prices are competitive. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area.

I rarely write reviews for hotels we stay at when traveling, but this hotel is the exception. We attended a wedding over a weekend and the staff could not have been more helpful and their customer service was outstanding. As we attended the wedding with many friends from out of town, there was seating in the lobby area to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The room with two queen beds was spacious. The breakfast menu left nothing to be desired. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Great location near highways, restaurants and shops. Jason and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a comfy, spacious room, and everywhere felt clean. Breakfast was free and fresh and a hardworking team. Price was a very good deal given all the above.

Really nice staff and clean rooms. They honoured all benefits of Hayatt Explorers and were also nice enough to actually allow the late checkout. Location is great, a lot of eating options and hiking trails. Room size was approproate and in line with other hotels of Hyatt Place. Low light was the gym, with only treadmills and weights in immaculate condition. Rest of the equipment had damaged parts and I couldn't use them. The breakfast was also somewhat limited. Fruits didn't look fresh. With temporary gaps in keeping the dining area clean or no clean glasses available for bevrages untill someone pointed it out 10 mins later. I could also see gaps in property maintenance with scratches everywhere, bleach stain on my room's couch and blown out bulbs in my room. Bulbs were fixed later. Small issues and hence I dinged only 1 star. I would still recommend the place.

Breakfast served could have been better. Eggs seemed to be out of a bag. But other than that the stay was really nice.

A very nice, no frills hotel in need of maintenance. The room was large and clean, the breakfast was pretty good with assorted dishes, although completely lacking in vegetables and I was surprised there were only single-use cups. Additionally on the minus side, the sofas in the lobby were old and some of them stained, the gym equipment was not all functioning and the espresso maker in the bar was broken. In terms of location, it was great for us business travelers, but for tourists there may be better options around.
